Wulong Tea (乌龙茶): Cooked Anxi Tie Guan Yin (浓香安溪铁观音)

A sweet and comforting tea directly from the tea garden of Maison Dao, in the Fujian province (福建) in China. It is produced in a cooperative with natural farming methods aimed at permaculture.

On the palate, the cooked version of this tea unfolds notes of cooked berries. A generous texture and a sweet, almost caramelized taste, comfort and remind us of still warm homemade jams.
