White Tea (白茶): Fuding Bai Hao Yin Zhen (福鼎白毫银针)

This white tea (白茶) made entirely of buds is fresh and sweet, reminding us of watermelon in summer. Smelling its leaves after the infusion reveals floral notes of geranium.
