At Dao, we import all our teas ourselves and our mission is to eliminate the middlemen between the tea garden and the final consumer. With this in mind, we travel directly to China to explore the different producing regions in search of high quality teas. Our human approach, which goes far beyond business relationships, aims at developing sincere relationships with the artisans producers and the culture of the country, thus allowing a deep knowledge of tea in relation to its terroir and the very vision that the producer has of his product. In this sense, tea is not just a simple consumer product, it is the materialization of an ancestral art and know-how that can be tasted in every cup.
